Auto racing has been one of the most popular sporting events in the country today. Auto racing has been most popular in France in the early part of the year 1894. It is in this year when car manufacturers started to compete with cars produced during that period to determine quality and mechanical endurance of cars.

Car racing is known for several other names, like autosport, motor racing event, motorsport, automobile racing and car motor sporting event. Car Motor Racing event is done in almost every country in the world and has maintained a world-wide reputation of gaining large spectators and fans.

During the latter part of the year 1800, France was dominating the world in the field of car racing and other engine-related sporting events. Most of these car tournaments, both professionals and amateur are conducted in a long roads that are closed during the event.

Japan has seen to create more and more tracks and courses due to the increasing number of fans across the country in this car-sporting event. Japan has seen to maintain a general audience that matches that of countries in Europe and the Americas.

Today, California is among the popular destination of car racing events and competition in the United States. The ever-popular Hot Road magazine has been deeply involved in the promotion of standard safety and regulation procedures on the racetracks which automobile racers and car manufacturing companies have to abide by.
